I’m really trying to get back on 43things again, and this is one goal that I want to heavily work on. I just came out of the hospital, and I really want to make sure that I remain healthy. Because of this, I need to exercise more. I NEED to eat less. I need to take better care of my skin, especially going into the winter.

I need to complete this goal.



Starting Over. 2 years ago

I deleted all of my old entries for this goal. I was doing really well for a while, but then I totally slacked off.

After a rough month of steroids and an increased appetite, I weigh 145 pounds. I’m 5’2”. I’m in serious trouble.

Good things:
-My nails have grown out more, and I’ve learned to stop biting them. I also have been trying to get manicures every once and a while just to reward myself.
-My teeth are still white and straight. I think I might do a double shot of crest white strips this holiday season.
-My hair still looks pretty decent. I still pull because of my trich problem, but it is still silky and smooth thanks to Sunsilk.
-I have a tan from marching band. Yessssssss.
-I’m looking into buying Armani Code Perfume. I WANT IT SOOOO BADLY!!!

As of yesterday, I put myself on a new diet plan, for I wish to lose 20 pounds. What am I doing?
-Eating under 1500 calories a day.
-Trying to burn over 1800 calories a day.
-Eating healthier and in smaller portions.
-Crunches and curls.
-Using eating and activity logs to mark my progress.
