Okay: I’ve always wanted to try fasting. Yoga and meditation have always helped cleanse my mind and soul, so I want to do something for my body.
I have purpose: I’m an overweight high school junior. Right now, I believe I am somewhere between 140 to 150 pounds [more than I have ever been]. I’d LOVE to have someone to pair up with and see how it goes, so just comment or message me! Social updates are key to success…I’ve found that out before.
My goal: eat healthy while maintaining all of my activities and grades. I need to make sure my asthma stays alright as well. Ohhh! This is exciting!

So I’m thinking that I’ll go on a juice and water fast with solid fruits and veggies at dinner. Anyone with me?
