Tried a Persian-style tea yesterday... 3 years ago

...Shahrzad by name, sold by the Kusha firm in Irvine near here. Brews up quite well and with a bit of brown sugar it’s absolutely delicious. Very strong so don’t let it steep too long! Comes in good packaging, loose-leaf and very easy to handle if you have a proper tea strainer (as, of course, you should).

As it were. But a fine art. Ever since I had a tea-crazy apartment-mate my appreciation for that fine drink in all its many forms has but increased. So the trick is learning and experimenting and seeing what happens…
