Well, I’m not really into sports and exercises, and even if now I’m just 23 and fit, I just know it won’t last forever! I walk a lot and I’m a vegetarian(but to me is more about love towards animals than food itself), but sometimes I wake up and my neck is aching. I think I’m too young to suffer from back pain and thus, so I better start exercising. I’ve downloaded some back and neck training, and I suppose I’ll have to jog!Wish me luck!
