Wait, what?

Can I just say that exercising helps? I mean, duh, but finally getting back into a routine helps.
And if you have an iphone, get the Nike Training Club app. It’s free and it’s really spectacular. Routines with motivation, pictures and video examples of moves. I mean, it’s really good.



Done it before...

Hm. I could use this post for another goal, too. I want to have a flat stomach and I have before. It was about 10 years ago, but I did.
The other goal? It’s not on here yet. I won’t put it on here until I get done with two or three other goals that build up to it. 1) mini triathlon in two weeks 2) 10k next month 3) 25minute 5k (goal also not posted yet) THEN? What this applies to? I want to get 42 push-ups in two minutes, 84 sit-ups in two minutes, and run a 14:42 two mile. That’s what I did in basic training.

I have never had a TONED stomach. Just a flat one. I don’t think my family is designed for 6 pack abs. I don’t mind flat, firm, and soft. I am female. It works for me.

So anyway, I can have a flat stomach again. I just have to do it. DO IT!

I just saw pictures of a girl from my high school and (while she looks older than me) she looks awesome. Thin. Cut, even. If I lost a bit of weight maybe the exercise that I already do would leave me ripped. I just need to eat less!
