stop biting my nails

I have been biting my nails all my life except for a few short quits. The last time I bit them was Septmber 15th (about) 2006. This may sound funny, but I feel like more of an adult when I am not biting them. Or should I say, like more of a child when I was a biter. Psychological association, probably.

Well, God’s really going to have to intervene on this one, because I have been doing this as long as I can remember. Sometimes I have quit, but then they get nice and I start playing with them. Then I am picking again, and then biting again. Any prayer would be greatly appreciated.
