Well today i decided not to feel guilty for not exercising and whilst doing my household chores, i squeeze in every 10 mins or so a set of 10 squats. I’ll become the woman with thighs of steel lol.

Today another 90 mins run.. STarting to feel very comfortable and really enjoying it. My legs can take more stress. I can visualise and feel myself through a race now.
Gotta keep this habbit up. RUnning 1 hour daily outside and doing weights work once a week.
