come to terms with my father's death

I’ve had some difficulty coping with my dad’s death and have had some major changes going on with my job.

Shortly after my dad passed, my company nearly folded and I would have been jobless. It then got sold and I got a big promotion, but that has involved a lot of work and difficulty.

Things are settling down now and I’m hoping to start getting my ducks in a row.

I don’t know how to deal with it. I’ve been keeping busy and keeping in regular touch with my family, but it’s been hard and some of my relatives have been handling his death very badly. i miss him very much and am not sure what to do.
