Jeff Immelt who took over for GE a few years back has made many changes to lead the company.

The thing that really strikes me is the demand of innovative thinking with the understanding and expectation of some failures.

The thing is ….he knows that a major breakthough can happen, more now than ever from thinking on a different scale. Granted he ties the manager with a compensation package that hinges on it’s success…but isn’t that all part of the entreprenuer line of thinking?

I need new …..ground for growth.

I’m one of em.

But it is really sad that a goal site can have some very negative folks that try to build themselves up by tearing others down.

I don’t mean not be yourself and understand the humor behind comments, but there are times that people just plain suck.
