have a big rest/reward when we finish the current list or it will just be list after list after list and we’ll just burn out.\

Trying to do too much, trying to keep up a ridiculous pace. All while still breastfeeding and looking after a 1 year old. I guess instead of figuring out what balance would be I need to listen more to the signs that I’m out of balance.
I know I’m out of balance when:
I run on adrenalin, pushing to do just one more thing.
When I use too much caffeine and sugar to push me through
When I feel crappy and moody because I’m too tired to do anything
