A bite to eat in the morning. — 1 month ago
I’m trying to lose weight, so I need to be flexible in what I eat. My breakfast is enough to carry me through the usual day, but that also means if I eat some birthday cake or a lunch, I eat too much.
I could forego my breakfast, but experts recon it is not healthy, and in any case I like my morning routine and would prefer not to disrupt the start to my day.
If I had an alternative smaller breakfast that I could eat if I knew that I was going to have something during the day, that would still allow me a hot evening meal.
Something small, hot and easy to make.
