fix my car

Today I tied down the cable to the electrical connection of the towing hook. It was drooping untidily.

Another thing that needs fixing. The front differential has probably lost all its oil and sustained some damage.

I’ve got the first layer of varnish on. I’ll do the next two coats next weekend.

OK, I’ve removed the wood from my car and got it in the workshop, and have already scraped most of the old varnish off. I should be able to do the first layer tomorrow.

Today I got the varnish I need to re-finish the woodwork my car. Better get it done soon, before the rain starts. I don’t need more water damage than there already is.

The wooden door tops needs revarnishing.

The next iteration of the roof has been installed. It looks pretty good, and it’s as tight as a drum.

The next step is totally unclear to me.

More progress on the roof of my car. I’m gradually learning what will be needed in the final version.

I have just installed a new side mirror on my car. A genuine part, horribly expensive, but worth it, solid as a rock, good-looking. I believe it will make me a better driver.

The side mirror of my car fell off. I’ve ordered a replacement. It’s very expensive, but it would be better than the pirate copy one that was on there before.

Also, it seems that the windscreen wiper switch has a problem. Not a good thing during the rainy season!
