perform my Haj pilgrimage with my parents

Turns out, my parents were offered to perform their hajj this year. I appealed since I didn’t registered along with them. Luckily, my appeal was approved and we went to Makkah and Madinah for 6 weeks to perform our hajj.

All praises are due to Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.

The Haj pilgrimage is getting more expensive each year. At this rate I doubt it’ll happen this year. But I am still hoping that it would.

There’s always a chance that my dad might help pay for it, but it wouldn’t be the same. Plus I still owe him some cash.

I haven’t even registered myself yet. Both parents have signed up, though their trip is set for 2011. They want me to sign up and appeal to go this year with them, while they both still in good health. I just don’t have the heart to tell them I’m having some difficulty putting aside money each month for this goal.

Maybe next month I’ll deposit a bigger amount. But that’s what I say each month since last year. :S
