Save the Bernard Field Station

So I need to write a proposal to create an institute of the colleges that would officially center around it. This is about 3-4 pages (circa 1000 words, I’d say) and it needs to be really, really good. Little stuck on where to start. I think… I need to do some research on what’s already out there, and how to frame things. Deadline: April 30th. I think I’ll call it tax day to give myself some extra revision time…
