Man, now I REALLY have to get my license… I can’t stay in the dorms next year, and commuting would be a whole lot cheaper. I go to school in the city, and you know how people drive there… D:
Yep, so after a slight hiatus during fall semester, I’m planning to take a shot at taking the driving test again. I took the driving test twice already, and I’m definitely hoping third time’s the charm. I would really hate to start the whole “take the written, get the permit, pay and sign up for the test” ritual… again. Yes, I have taken drivers ed before, and tried out paid lessons (with horrible, horrible instructors that would rather pay attention to their cell phone texts instead of helping me… plus, making me feel like I’m stupid… how encouraging. Srsly.)
I admit I am discouraged about getting my license, but I suppose that is normal, especially if you aren’t one of those people who didn’t pass the first time. There is a ginormous pro to this, because I’ll be able to get my own car, and not use mom or dad’s like other people. I guess that should be enough to motivate me.
