I’ve been working out consistently since Feb. I started to get more serious about a month ago. This Monday I begin week 5 of going to the gym 5x a week at 5 a.m. I also started working with a stability ball 3x a week about 3 weeks ago. Wooo! Can’t wait to get more serious.



Working Out is Working Out! 2 years ago

I’m doing good with working out regularly. I’m only aiming to go 2-3 times a week for right now. I eventually would like to go 5-6 times. So I’m taking it slow. So far, so good.



Back to the Gym 2 years ago

I went back to the gym today (2.16.07) after a very long monthly vacation. I really want to start working out regularly, but I have a hard time prioritizing it. I’m going to take things slow. I started doing stomach exercises on Feb.13, 07 and I have been consistent with them since. Now, I’m just getting back into cardio. My goal this week was to go to the gym two times. So I went today and I am going to go tomorrow. Next week, I think I will up it to three times. I eventually want to work up to going 5-6 times a week for cardio, doing weight lifting 3-4xs a week, and stretching/abs 3-6 times a week. This is a long-term goal for me. I have no intentions of rushing through this goal because whenever I start “real serious,” I’m over it in a month. Lets see if slow and steady really does win the race.
