Last week’s plan:
  • Yoga x 4 Done: 3 (got my period…)
  • Hip openers x5 Done 4
  • Abs x400 Done 400

Extra done:
Cycling x1 (1h)
Running x1

My knee feels slightly better now and I think if I do a lot of stretches and warm up properly, I can run normally again. I’ll see how it goes this week.

Plan:

Run x3 DONE: 1
Abs x500 DONE: 200
Yoga x3 DONE: 1
Hip openers x5 DONE: 2
Cycle as much as possible DONE: 1×1h

Last week:
Run x4 Done: 1
Yoga x2 Done: 2
Abs x400 Done: 400
+ cycling 3×30mins and daily short trips to shops etc

Couldn’t go running more than once because of my stupid knee. Argh.
I’m taking this week off running and cycling too and will concentrate on stretching and yoga.

  • Yoga x 4 Done: 3
  • Hip openers x5 Done 4
  • Abs x400 Done 400

Extra done:
Cycling x1 (1h)
Running x1

I’d like to do hip opening stretches twice a day, but most likely will forget in the evenings, so I’m just aiming for once a day and only on 5 days, hoping that that’ll be easy to do…

Last week was better than the previous week, but I still didn’t reach all my fitness goals. I only did 100 crunches instead 300 and did yoga once, not twice as I was planning. Running was good though, I managed to get in three runs and I felt good about it. I’m going to start going to a yoga class soon, so not too bothered about yoga goals, though I’d like to keep it up especially since running makes my hips and legs really tight.

This week, I’m aiming for:
Run x4 Done: 1
Yoga x2 Done: 2
Abs x400 Done: 400

Today is a day off.

This past week I didn’t quite reach my fitness goals:
run x2 (was aiming for 4)
yoga x1 ( was aiming for 3)
abs x200 (was aiming for 500)
Didn’t do any stretches in the evenings…

Not good… must do better this week and maybe aim a bit lower to begin with.

Run x3 Done: 3
Yoga x2 Done: 1
Abs x300 Done: 100

That should be more than achievable.

This week wasn’t the best in terms of exercise, I only went running once, did yoga once and did crunches once. It’s partly because the weather was so awful and I didn’t want to run in the rain, but it’s mostly because I’m lazy. If I want to get super fit (or is it supfit?) I need to stop being lazy. I thought planning and tracking my exercise schedule here might help… So next week I aim to:

  • run x4 – I was going to aim for 5, but better start with 4 runs only.
  • yoga x3 – again, starting low. And I’ll only have to do standing and finishing series this week.
  • abs x500 – this should be easy, just need to remember to do them.
  • I’d also like to do some extra stretches in the evenings because a) my neck & upperback are bothering me and b) my hips are feeling really tight from running and cycling

Must make sure I get lots of sleep too, that’s important for fitness. And eat well.
I’ll report back next Sunday.

how do I know when I’m super fit? Hmmm… have to figure out how to measure this.

The next 8 week course of bootcamp starts in 2 weeks, kind of not sure if I should sign up, was hoping it would start a few weeks later, but am thinking I should just go for it… I’m scared.
