ReadWild: Complete SMART Reader Software

Spend several hours doing some heavy testing of the work done so far and debugging a few issues found. Needed to make some modifications to the materials database, but things are in a little better shape now.

It’s about 75% done. It’s really going well. But I need to stay on top of it. Each day, during the day I work on other business essentials, and from 10:00pm until ‘whenever’ I work on the software, knocking off one element a night.

To Do:
1) Chart results
2) Modify the Guided reader to use library database choices
3) Create the Lesson structure
4) Add the Manage User element
5) Develop a drill for peripheral vision
6) Add appropriate music and sound
7) Create the reading drill tool
8) Add registration key
9) Add Help files
10) Package it

Consider: (for the future – not immediately essential)
1) Second version of guided reading / with highlighing
2) Third version of guided reading with sliding window
3) Add “Smart” chunking that is sentence structure aware
