Funny how getting up at 6:55 to exercise will help you get in bed before 1:00am (present night excluded)

Having to get up at 6:55 for my morning boot-camp exercise is the incentive I’ve been lacking.
In bed before 1:00am for over a week now. It’s 12:30 now, and this is my last activity before hitting the sack again. Otherwise I’ll be miserable tomorrow morning (and it’s upper-body lifting day – I always overdo that one!)

But still not consistent enough.
In bed – before 12:30 am – 5 days this week. It’s an interim goal. If I can do this one, I’ll see about tightening it up.
NaNoWriMo had me up until 2:00-3:00 am regularly. Now it’s over and it’s time to get back in the groove. 12:30 tonight, Midnight by next week.
Not always in bed by midnight – but a whole lot better. Haven’t been up past 1 am more than twice in the last 3 weeks.
On the average, I’m going to bed before 1:00am at least 5 nights a week. That is a huge improvement for me, and I’ going to keep working at it!
The computer alarm is helping.
This week I start biking to school with my daughter – getting up before 7:30am. I better be sticking to this plan, or I’ll certainly suffer for it!
Only got to bed more than 30 minutes late once, and only stayed up reading too late once. That’s really good progress for me.
Added a small alarm to my computer that nags me at 15 minutes ‘til bed time. Most nights I haven’t even seen it, finding it on the screen the next day. That’s not a bad thing
This week: Same goal – just try to keep it up!
I have really sucked at this goal for the most part. I really need to make this a higher priority.
I WILL go to bed, lights out no later than:
- Midnight – Sunday through Thursday
- 1:00 am – Friday and Saturday
I WILL set my alarm for:
- 8:00 am – Monday through Friday
- 9:00 am – Saturday and Sunday
I will set an alarm on my Computer:
- for 11:45 pm during the week
- for 12:30 pm on the weekends
I will consider a week a success if I am within 15 minutes of my goal on average for the week.
After 26 hours of traveling, hit the bed before midnight 2 days in a row – and got up before 9:00am! This is my new plan. Anytime i’m getting off of a decent schedule, I just need to travel around the world
