learn how to garden

I’ve been so busy trying to find jobs that I haven’t had the opportunity to spend time with my grandpa in the garden. I’ll hopefully help him harvest some here and there but as far as learning to actually garden, I’ll just have to wait until next year. Oh well =/

Once I finish up with all this DAMN stats homework, I’d like to spend some time with my grandpa in the garden learning stuff. I think gardening could be a pretty rewarding experience, not to mention saving some money on foods :) and less gas burned up transporting produce to the grocery store from god knows where (really enjoying this ecology class I’m taking, making me think about all the far reaching impact that our society’s habits have and how many of them can be reduced with simple changes to our lifestyle)
