I suppose this is a somewhat vague goal but I’ve definitely been working on it, changing my diet and eating much healthier in addition to working out on a daily basis, whether it be walking, biking or lifting weights. I’m definitely determined to do this and want to make this a lifestyle, not a fad like it’s been in the past that just drops off after a few months. I’ve kept up with my diet for a few months now and I have no intention of breaking it :) The exercise is great and has also become a habit….and habits are the best way to maintain good behaviors _
