I have three weeks before my 1/2 marathon run. I want to run it in a time under 2 1/2 hours.
Yesterday I ran 12 miles in 3 hours (15 minute pace). I feel pretty good today and will take a short recovery run later today.
To get under 2 1/2 hours is going to take some work. I’ll need to shoot for a 10/11 minute pace which I thought was pretty reachable … until yesterday. Maybe 2 1/2 hours was a bit aggressive this soon.

Week 7: 4 miles 3 miles Rest 1/2 Marathon

Want to run a half marathon in 2.5 hours.
That will mean averaging 12 minute miles.
Right now – 5 miles @ 45 minutes … 9 minute miles.
Will run 6 miles tonight … aiming for sub hour.
