work because I like to, not because I have to

Well i can honestly say that i have really started enjoying working. Its amazing how much of a difference just changing your attitude can make.

I just started thinking more positively abhout working rather than dreading it and i ended up having a better time, so now im having fun and working more hours (which means more money)

So yer im hoping this lasts cos its made me alot happier, the whole ‘hating work; thing really started to get me down… and i can tell that everyone enjoys being around me more now that im not always complainiong and in a bad mood.

This is getting better for me.

Im really starting to enjoy working!

Its getting better now that im taking on new things in my job! And im really starting to appreciate it, i mean, there are heaps of people out there trying to get a job and here i am with one and all i can do is complain, so ive decided make the most of it, it might not be the best but itll do for now.

I absolutely love the people i work with and i hardly get to see any of them outside of work so this is a HUGE incentive for me to work.

I think im almost there! Im working tonight and trying not to dread it :]

Okay well im taking anew approach to work…. Everytime i think about work i think about all the things i hate doing there, but when i get there its not usually as bad as i expect cos there are things i love about my job too, like the people. So from now on, when i think about working im going to think of the good things, then maybe i wont dread it so much therefore allowing me to have a more enjoyable night!

sigh….. i dislike working! i get along with 2 out of 5 of my managers and well 2 of the are complete assholes and the last is just well i dont know what i think of her. Bottom line i wake up happy then realise i have to work that day and want to tear my hair out.

At the end of the day i stay because its money…. which i cant live without, and id rather work a job that i hate than be broke :(

I want to find a new job but its just not that easy, i have alot of other commitments eg school and 2 other courses i do out of school hours plus my ever so wonderful social life!

But as somebody else has said here, its not a career and in the long run the money from thsi shitty job and all the hard work i can dedicate to my schooling die to my flexible working hours will pay off and i will have my great dream career! :]
