I’ve been neglecting this. I haven’t practiced in awhile. I think I’ll wait until summer to do this. For now, I’ll do it once a week for 5 minutes. I have other things to focus on.

I can do a handstand on the wall…so now I’m just working on getting off of the wall. I’m guessing that takes balance,something thats I should def. try to improve. I need to start working on this consistently, cuz this is a goal I would normally work on like once every 2 weeks. And then some people say that when I go up into a handstand (on the wall) is that I come up fast. Is there a such thing as coming up too fast? Or it really doesn’t matter?
