So I got birth control…..The Nuvaring. Besides the other possible side effects, I’m more concerned about the possible weight gain. According to the scale I weight 128.6…not 125 like I had hoped but still its less that my 130.4 I weighed during June. Thats about two pounds…losing is better than gaining, especially with the way I’ve been eating these days. I can actually see the results. Honestly, my rolls (are what I thought to be rolls) are slowly diminishing.

So, when I got back from the hospital, they said I weighed 130 and that was about mid June. Now, coming home from a cruise with a buffet fit for a king and 24 hour pizza and icecream, I’ve gained about 2-3 pounds. And thats okay. I’m okay with it. I expected more. I didnt’ workout at the gym, but that was only one morning. I did the elyptical machine for an hour, and stretched for 15 minutes. Nice, but so very tiring. I could barely walk when I was done.

...to lose weight. Right now, according to my bedroom scale, I’m around 125 on good days, to a 127 on bad days. My #1 Goal is 105. So, thats like 20 pounds away. Not so bad. I want to lose it during the summer, so thats like 15 weeks. I’ll just do alot of dancing, and eat…I dont know…..but eat anything thats not fried or red meat.
