I’ve struggled with finances for more than 15 years. Most of this is due to foolish credit card debt and family crisis. I have made great progress over the last 2 years to pay it off and to improve my credit rating. It’s been a lot of work, but I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. My goal is to stay on my path to become financially sound, even if the current economy presents a detour. I’d like to save more money this year for a rainy day.
I do live comfortably, but I know what it’s like to barely make it to the next payday. I believe that with proper financial planning, I will be able to avoid this uneasy way of life.
