i’ve been pretty good with the ye ‘ole exercising, it’s become sort of an habit though assesments are building up at uni but i try to make time so i go to the gym (weights & cardio) at least 4 times a week or go out one night for a good 3-4 hours of busting sweet moves to make up for things if i’ve been less then 4 times that week…i dunno where the alcamahol factor comes in, but for my peace of mind i’ll ignore that. i’m still eating whatever i want, heaps of chocolate & sweets more so than greasy food but i suppose the ‘feel good’ i get from exercise has superseeded my initial objective to drop some pounds. i’m toning up though not as fast as i’d like but it’s all good, there’s not much you can do when you’re studying because procrastination means eating so yeah….anyway if my exercise initiative continues for another month or more i’ll take this goal down as done!

so easter has been not great for me, i’ve eaten sooo much choclate! plus, the whole eating healthy thing that i unintentionally did when i started exercising has pretty much gone…eating crap once again!
Yay, so since i’ve started exercising about 3 weeks ago, i seem to have lost about 1.5-2 kilos. The scales say 2 but to be on the safe side, i say 1.5. I haven’t been dieting but since i’m doing the exercise & the damn running is HARD, i have just chosen not to eat as much crap food as usual because why let the hard work go to waste. Haven’t done weights yet, am gonna start this week & also do regular pilates/yoga to encourage toning up. I’ve always enjoyed exercise, just never getting there, but now i’m motivated to get out there & start, it’s great! maybe this motivation thingy will kick into other areas of my life like STUDY!!
so my exercise schedule started last week. It’s all been aerobic activity. So next week i’m going to incorporate some weights. Apparently it’s best to DIET & exercise but i say good luck to that! Good food is God’s gift, & what fool refuses a gift??!! Only crazy hollywood celeb-types!!
