gain self esteem

Still being stuck in high school and having to constantly deal with the rude put downs every day just pretty much leaves me with zero self-esteem. Having to always listen to insults about how I look, my personality, my brain and not having enough guts to defend myself because I honestly don’t feel like I’m worth standing up for.
