before i went travelling i managed to lose quite a bit of weight, which ithen managed to put back on again, once i finshed camp and then sis nothign in italy except eat for 3 months :D
so now im at uni and my hostel/dorm building has a gym so im trying to get their at least 3 times a week for half an hour ….

Taekwondo grading i is comming up ive been giving it my all ….. i do every push up and even try to do stomach crunches properly … as well as giving full sit ups a go …...
ive discovered my trot with which i can keep running and not stop and walk after 3 laps of the hall
i suppose it also helps that my “friend” is comming up in a week …... so i kinda wann abe in better shape for him hehehe
but oh well what ever the motivation …. im getting there and i really feel better because of it … :D

man we’ve been having so many hot chips for lunch lately that i’m starting to worry about my ball dress… so last night i joined the family in their nightly 3 time run up and down the driveway … i regretted it almost instantly … but it made me feel better today !!

well this is going well i do taekwon do twice a week for an hour and a half plus i run up and down our nearly verticle drive way three times on the other days. i have cut down on the junk food ( well cutting down on it) i dont drink soda very often and i eat regular well balenced meals. if i want cake sor somethign sweet i bake something so i know whats in it. i also dont pig out all the time.
every one has been noticing lately that i have lost weight and saying that i look good :D
