I need a strictly routine that I can follow,
otherwise I sleep too little or too long.
I have to figure out the best time for me to wake up rested and active.

this is going better, but I’m still tired throughout the day,
I need to find more energy!
I “got up earlier” the past two days, but I only slept for 7 hours maximum… so now I feel like I have too little energy. I have to make sure that I can sleep (at least)8 hours… Other than that, I’m doing fine on this goal :)
I got up at 6.45 today! I didn’t linger in bed, I got immediately out of it! That’s really an improvement :)
I got up at 6.30 and was almost too late for my bus :s
I’m not sure yet wether I’m going to sleep till 7 or 8 tomorrow morning… I definitely shoudn’t get up after 8, still have homework to do. Luckily classes start at 11am tomorrow.

it was 9 this morning
but the sun is shining, that makes it a bit better :)
tomorrow I have to be up at 6 am because it’s an early schoolday
