If you have $9/mo to spare each month I recommend myfooddiary.com. It’s very helpful and easy to use and navigate. You get smiles and frowns and words of encouragement. Once you really get into it it’s really funny because you’ll find yourself not eating something because it’s too complicated to write down… or you’ll do things so you get as many smilies as you can. Hahah… or maybe that’s just me being a huge nerd.
