Day Six & Seven 7 months ago

[Saturday]
Breakfast –
Bowl of Cornflakes.

Lunch –
I don’t think I had anything.

Dinner –
Tuna pasta salad thing. It was well nice.

[Sunday]

Breakfast –
Bowl of Cornflakes & a banana.
Orange juice.

Lunch –
French toast.
Water.

Dinner –
I love when I do this; I started off just wanting tofu and rice but I kept adding stuff and thinking ‘Oooh, that’ll be nice!’ and ended up making a tortilla thing. I cooked the tofu [crumbling a veg. stock cube on it and then adding a bit of this spicy sauce I had in the fridge] with a bit of sweetcorn and then mixed that with white rice and a little mayo. Then I got the tortilla, put salsa sauce on it, spooned a bit of the tofu/sweetcorn/rice onto it and grated a bit of cheese on top. It might cound a bit blah, but my fucking god, it was so good. Even my sister loved it and she once refused to eat tofu. Win!



Day Five 7 months ago

Breakfast –
Bowl of Cornflakes.
Orange juice.

Lunch –
Fruit Salad. YUM!

Dinner –
Proper salad with a tuna pasta thing my mum made. Oh, and garlic balls. It was well nice. Though hearing ‘Can you pass me two balls please?’ at the dinner table was…..well, it was something.

Snack –
Strawberries. Oooh, check me being healthy =]



Day four? 7 months ago

Beakfast –
Banana.

Lunch –
Two rolls with tuna & sweetcorn.
Fruit salad. OMFG it was so nice.

Dinner –
My sister made fajitas and they were awesome. She made chicken ones for her and mum, beef for dad and tofu for me. She is lovely sometimes =]



Day two & three 7 months ago

Yesterday.

Breakfast –
Bowl of Cornflakes.
Glass of orange juice.

Lunch -
Omelette [made by my sister. It was so good.]
Glass of water.

Dinner.
A curry which was really just Korma sauce, boiled rice and veg. pakora.
Can of Irn Bru.

Today.

Breakfast –
Bowl of Cornflakes.
Glass of water.

Lunch -
Peanut butter & banana sandwich. [it was yummy]
Orange juice.

Dinner –
Bowl of egg fried rice and some spicy potato wedges.
Glass of water.

I’ve hardly had any fizzy juice this week. Go me!



Day one. Again because I'm a tit and I forgot about this. 7 months ago

Breakfast –
[I slept until 11 but it’s the first meal I had so it still counts.]

A’ham’ and cheese toastie. [Quorn ham which, I swear to god, tastes like nothing and feels like cardboard. It didn’t even like…bend, it just snapped. YUM! :/]
Glass of water.
Rich tea biscuit =]

Lunch –
Bowl of Golden Vegetable rice & a bit of soy sauce.
Glass of Irn Bru.

Dinner –
Spicy ‘chicken’ and pasta thing my mum made me. [The chicken thing freaked me out a little because it’s this Quorn stuff I haven’t had in a while and it took five minutes for me to stop asing ‘Are you sure this isn’t ACTUAL chicken? It tasted so fucking good though.]
Glass of water.
A few rich tea biscuits.

Snack – Five strawberries. YUM!



Day one. Wooo. 7 months ago

Breakfast –
Rice Crispies with a banana on top.
Glass of orange juice.
Chocolate biscuit.

Lunch –
Cheese and onion toastie. Don’t do that face, it was yummy.
Chocolate biscuit.

Dinner –
Pasta/salad thing. It had carrots and sweetcorn in it. OMFGYUM!

and then like two more chocolate biscuits. They’re the nicest biscuits in the world. Like, a thin layer of chocolate between two bits of yummy biscuit heaven.

and a million glasses of fresh orange juice and lemonade. It’s the greatest drink in the world.

Yum!



For like a week. 8 months ago

There’s no negativity behind this goal, I’m not going to end each day going ‘OMFG. I ATE HOW MUCH!?’ and then starve myself for a week. I’m just…interested =] I’ll probably start this on Monday.
