I gained 7 pounds and haven’t been going to the gym or eating right. I have started over and I’ve been to the gym and dancing and am trying to eat better. It’s a long hard road. :/

I am doing so good. I have been going to the gym Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday and I have been dancing on Wednesday and Thursday. I have also added some new weight machines to my routine and I love it! I need to get nice and toned before bathing suit and shorts weather!!
I have not been to the gym in 2 weeks. :/ I have been dancing though but I still feel icky and fat since I haven’t been to the gym. There just hasn’t been any time!!! Next week will be better.
been going to the gym quite frequently and line dancing and west coast swing dancing. I don’t feel or look any more toned though. I’m sure it will take some time.
So I went to the gym last night and I did the elliptical for 20 minutes and weights for 20 minutes. If I could just do that about 4 or 5 times a week, I would be happy. I hope I can!!! :)
