get engaged

So this is the man I cannot wait to get married to. There’s a lot of goals we want to accomplish this year, and this is one of them. I don’t expect it to be some big romantic surprise, I know it’s coming. I’ll just be happy when it /does/ happen.

We’ve been living together for nearly four years. It would be nice to have “the ring”, ya know? And given that we’ve been together for some time, I’d like something that makes you say, “Damn! Let’s go skating!”
