Stop caring what other people think of me

Sure my grades are slipping, but on the plus side I really don’t care what anyone in my school thinks of me anymore. This year it’s been sweatpants, ponytails (curly, not straighted, that’s like a first EVER), and barely-there makeup. Even after that drama with my friends I couldn’t help thinking “yeah well I’ll be in college next year.” I wouldn’t say this goal is accomplished since I could very well start caring what people think again when I actually get to college. We’ll see. For now, I’m really liking this, low maintenance lets me sleep so much longer!

Yesterday I had a huge scavenger hunt with my friends. We had a list of 40 items and four hours to drive around and get pictures of items and us doing crazy things. It’s hard to care what others think of you when you need to lick their house window and ask strangers to get in on a group hug with you.
