wear a bikini

although i’m not going abroad over the winter and therefore any sort of bikini-ing is out of the question unless i want to freeze… last week i got an old film developed and there happened to be a picture of me coming onto the beach from swimming, on holiday in the summer, i didn’t know it was taken one of my friends must have, but to my happiness i actually looked okay, no not just okay i looked good, true it’s a tad blurry but still! i’m very, very happy about this! i will of course show no one this photo, however next year it may well take less inner persuading to get myself into one!

i have worn a bikini! although admitedly only while swimming and promptly wrapped myself in a towel after getting out the water onto the beach, so yes a did wear one, but not really in front of people. ah well little steps!!

well, i don’t actually own one (but that’s not a big problem) the problem comes down to my confidence in actually being seen by other people in one. nothing wrong with my body or anything, just about being so, so, so shy. well i’m hoping wearing a bikini is a small step in over-coming some of my shyness, rather than the other way around because compared to that this should be alot easier!! right, first step is buying one, and maybe exercising more-just to improve confidence in my body…
