get out of debt

went to court today for the house. its all settled. i have 7 days to clean it out and get the random shit off the floor and to turn the keys in and then i never have to think about it again. but there are some money damages to go along with it…

so heres my current debt:

house:800$
PNM: ??
uncle: 600$
parents: 10,000 give or take

i really should get a second job…

So with teh credit card paid off, that is one less worry on my mind.

Now for the old house, i have to go to court on thursday because my old roommate didnt pay the rent on time like i asked him to so now the rental company is charging us rent + late fees + court fees and on top of all that, my rental/credit history is going to be fucked for quite some time thanks to the biggest mistake i have ever made. you really have to be careful who you trust and what you sign. and of course hindsight is 20/20.

now i have to call pnm and figure out how much i need to save up to pay that off.

on the other hand, if i could ever get my old roommate sarah to pay me my 140$ she owes me, that would help out alot.

today i paid off my credit card! now i will only use it for small purchases once a week or so, or eating out once a month. use it just enough to keep it active but not enough for it to get out of hand again.

I owe-9000 to my parents, mainly for a car that i had to get because some asshole rear-ended me.
i owe-600 to my uncle, i lost my job and i needed to pay rent. i only asked for 400, but he sent me 600.
i owe-225 dollars on my credit card
i owe-pnm god knows how much since my ex roommates again decided to fuck me over and now i have ruined credit
i owe-my asshole old roommate money until january for rent because i cant take my name off the lease and he cant find anyone else to live there and i moved out 4 months ago.

so i figure, if i can pay 300 dollars a month towards something, i will be out of debt by January 2011! doesnt that sound like fun?
