I have been around spanish my whole life. i grew up in a all puerto rican barrio.i was basically the only moreno en mi cuadra.lol,so i have dealt with everybody speaking spanish and me not understanding a thing. i never cared much about learning spanish until i came to college. now in college im currently enrolled in spanish 3. with hopes of study abroad next fall semester, only problem is i cant decide between spain or DR.. im leaning more towards DR, but im hoping sumbody out here can voice there opinion and help me decide. becoming fluent in spanish is all of a sudden very important to me, but i must add, my spanish is very good, i feel studying abroad and at least another year of spanish classes will help me gain fluency around the time that i graduate.
