I’ve a tip that worked for me.I used to be crazy about pasta and chocolate.I could just gulp up a big bowl of pasta a day and a big bar of chocolate.How much i’d excercise those two always kept my weight high.So what i did was i made pasta for 10 people and i forced it down and i’m telling you i havent had it for years cause the of experience.Get the sweetest, stickiest preferebly chocolate with jam on it and have bags bags of it until you’re sick.It worked for me cause i cannot stand chocolate anymore.I now eat crisps tough:P

I’ve desided to eat the following only at weekends:
-Crisps(that’s gonna be a hard one)
-Pop
-Chocolate
-Pizza
-Cheese
-Chips
-Cookies
