Ha. Forced myself to sign up for a weight training class. THIS should help. Already seeing improvement in what I can do, even if it’s not physically visible yet.

Bought some Perfect Push Ups. We’ll see if these help. I keep meaning to use them, but I’m so worn out by the time I get home from work. :\
Bought some ankle/wrist weights today and intend on wearing them around as much as I can. I’ve been meaning to get these forever, so here’s to hoping that things can work out well for me. :)
Not to mention the fact that I have absolutely no idea what level my upper body strength is currently at, so I’m going to have to find that out too. I do a lot of upper body related dancing, so I hope that’ll help me out some. I’m bad at doing normal exercises.
