Shyness and lack of confidence. Do you know the movie “Bridget Jones’s Diary” ? With Bridget always very clumsy and ending in so stupid situations? I have to say sometimes I feel like that at work (new job), wanting to slap myself and thinking “why the hell did I say/do that??? why the hell didn’t I say anything??? Did I really say that?!! Oh my..”
