Anything that causes me to be stressed out or depressed should be cut down as much as possible.

It helps me to sleep better at night.

If I am going to live to be 100, I need to make it 100 fun years :)

9. Weigh myself daily and maintain a healthy weight

why 100 years

Because I want my grandparents to live to be 100, because I want my parents live to be 100, because I want my cherished friends live to be 100. I’m sure my loved ones want the same thing for me, so we can be there for each others. I want to be there for my children, grandchildren, great grandchildren.
