Remember when we were younger???

What the hell am i doing!!! I’m far from old…i’m only 25. So what the hell is wrong with me. I remember when we used to run all day, then come inside to only get yelled at cause we were runnin again.
I will say, i’m a lot stonger now, but the endurance just isn’t their. No more backpack, no more walking a mile back in forth across campus daily just to make it to class, no more P.E., no more organized sports, etc…

Now it’s, wake up, get dressed, “drive” to work, plop my ass down at my desk and engineer shit…with the occasional browse around the office, etc… (NO PHYSICAL ACTIVITY)

Get home afterwork…1,2,3,make a drink, thus my “drink less” goal. Burn one, watch some tube, hit the studio to work on some music, pass out drunk….(NO PHYSICAL ACTIVITY)

In summary, my alcoholism has drastically reduced the amount of physical activity i partake in…ironically, if i can partake in more “physical activities” i would drink less. Wow, talking to myself i found the answer to my problem. Great “to do”
