I came so close to this goal I was literally in pain. You know the kind? The kind that appears out of nowhere (but always from something) and takes you sensitive bits in their vice-grip of unrequited owwwwwwwww. I would be crossing off this goal, today, along with a few other ones I discovered last night… but I’m not. I learned a very, very difficult lesson about preparation. If you prepare for things early in the day, but you leave your preparations in your other pair of pants, be prepared for an incredible, disappointing time — for certain parts of your anatomy. Ouch.
