So I decided to set mini-goals for myself to help eventually accomplish this goal. I’m trying to cook/bake something at least once a week. I’ve made banana pancakes twice from scratch, the second time was to appease my sister who didn’t get any the first time around, and also made some butter pecan syrup to go along with them. I also just made some apple pecan muffins that were very yummy. We’re all trying to get a little healthier around the house, so I’m hoping to find out how to good yummy, healthy recipes. I might even get brazen enough to cook an actual meal for the entire family… but I’ll get comfortable making some smaller things before jumping into full meals.
