And I can’t seem to move on and get over him, so I don’t know what else I can do. I think maybe it’s time I give up on this goal? :\

I’m a traditional girl, so the guy has to ask me. I guess that’s my problem. Either that, or the fact that I’m hopelessly in love with one of my best friends and have been since the day I met him, roughly over six and a half years ago. Another added issue? Last guy I dated was his brother. Yeah, I KNOW how horrible that sounds. I was just a pathetic young, and very confused, girl back then. I suppose moving away to a city where you know practically no one and being utterly terrified of most social situations doesn’t help much either though, huh? Any advice? :(
