read all the books I have before I buy another new book!

I’m still in compliance with this thing because I picked up a book on vacation but was not charged for it. It was complementary, so I didn’t BUY it…
Ok, it’s a technicality and I should be reading what I have anyway so this is a reminder to get on it again…

I’m using the receipt as a book mark. I bought this thing in 1999 and always meant to see it through. Started my assault on it tonight. Very interesting.

I was, am, a great fan of the movie although I only have a vague memory of it. I just finished the book and while it may seem simple, I didn’t like it that much. I did like it was very easy to read and I plowed right through it.
Moby Dick, seven years. Slaughterhouse Five, one month.
I do feel good moving ahead on one of these things. I’ve been making headway here and there but haven’t finished one damn thing!

I finished moby dick! I’ve been working on it since 2001. I picking up and put it down but since 43 things have made consistent efforts to read and now it’s done. I’m a little disappointed in it but what are you going to do.
Next up is Slaughterhouse Five. It’s not really my book but a loner a friend insisted I read.

I was at borders today and almost picked up a couple of art books, but…!!! I remembered my list…
Still working on Moby Dick, about 110 pages left.

I’m working my way through Moby Dick…I started in 2001!
After this I’ll take a look at the rest of my books. I have to have at least six yet to read. Probably more but….one step at a time
