I haven't cut my hair since,, i dunno,, about November — 1 month ago
Having a beard with fairly long hair was a feeling most excellent as i created an image of myself that belonged on one of those survivor island series’ or an urban remake of Robinson Crusoe,, it all looked and felt pretty wild and helped express the free spirit that resides inside me
The dirty beard was also a means of highlighting a coming of age,, it only took 28 days ,, less than a month,,, to grow a beard long enough to make me look at least 23/24 if not 4 years more
I’ve ALWAYS had one of those young faces that bouncers ask for ID when you’re entering the door of a bar or a club,, the fact that I”m 5 foot 8 hasn’t helped matters of course,, but I just have a young face I guess
The long hair is a different kettle altogetehr,,,
Ever since I saw Mark Owen on Celebrity Big Brother I’ve always kind of imagined myself with some long locks of my own,,, Paolo Nutini and James Morrison only added to my wonder and hidden obsession
I never quite made it long enough,,, or grew my hair long enough as the case may so ultimately be to realize that nurtured ambition - to possess a collection of long curled locks that even Samson would be proud of,,,, then maybe i could go about finding my delilah
I had a dream last night that I wanted to cut my hair back to normal length,, but it would be such a wasteto cut them when I’ve already come so far,, besides,, this could very well be my last chance to do this sorta thing before i enter the career world for good and need to make myself professionally more presentable
So yeah,, 4 months on,, keep on growing
