How to obtain this goal 13 months ago

Well i was doing great a few years ago but now i’m smoking again, not working out, and eating what ever is around.
so what i would like to see happen is

1. smoking thing needs to be put out for good. what helped me last time was being positive about it not saying i quit smoking that as a negative undertone. so i want to breath healthy air!!!

2. Workout – tap alone don’t cut it, not even the new class i started in aerobics. the girl who teaches the aerobics class is a personal trainer and friend of mine. the nice thing is our boss let all the workers do this at work.. :) but i need to do what she says like work out 4 days a week! mainly i just want to use my stepper for 15 minutes every morning.

3. Eat right – i need to suck it up and start cooking again. i know my partner would love breakfast and a made lunch with dinner. I just don’t know how feaseable that is.. If i didn’t work so much so I’m open for suggestions… how does one who is gone 9 hours at least every day get all 3 meals from home. now i’m not on any sort of diet i just want to eat right healthy.

so these are the things i would like to take on with this goal..
one at a time!
open for suggestions on how to cook at home in very little time and keep the kitchen clean…
