I guess I should journal about various games I’ve played—board games, video games. What makes a good one, which ones I enjoy, which ones I don’t.

I grew up without a video game system. None whatsoever. (There was a time we didn’t even have a t.v.) I have a found idea of the times we’d rent movies-once a month when I got a free movie rental for school for doing book reports-and we’d go to to church library, pop the movie rented into the t.v. they had. . .)

Anyway, I think a limit on how much t.v. I saw made my love of movies stronger—you want what you can’t have, right?

The same goes for video games. Because while we did have movies. . . (but not cable—just ABC for tele) until Summer after 6th? 7th? grade when I won a playstation from the bowling alley I never had a game system.

I loved Bubsy (Super Nintedo). That was my all time favorite video game. I also really loved SuperBomberman. I love the bomberman games. Super Nintendo really is my favorite video game system!

Honestly, the newer games I could care less about. I think games are less fun now. I don’t think Bomberman 64 is as fun, or the Mario games. Now it’s all about technology-the look-before it was fun and basic.

For a while though-the past few years-video games haven’t been big for me. Will they ever be again? When I won the playstation I played-me and my younger brother both, but me more-it alot. But as time went on less and less.

Since then I got the japanese version of nintendo. . .and an x box.

Video games really aren’t as fun for me. And I can’t say I’ve played a computer game in ages.

I liked Sim games. Sim City. (Which I have, but for a long time didn’t and would play it at my best friends house—he also had Sim Farm (was never much into that one) and Sim Tower (which I have but he had way before me).

Since I liked Sim games. (If you’re wondering, the other two we have are Sim Earth and Sim Life) of course I liked TYCOON games.

When Roller Coaster Tycoon came out. . .

That was sooo my favorite computer game. Still is, I guess. I would play it soo much. “Waste” so much time on it. Time would just go by so fast.

But I never thought much of the 2nd one. Hardly played the second one-took alot longer to load up/do anything-too much technology. Yes the 2nd one was bigger “better”, but as I said I DON’T FIND BIGGER AND BETTER NECESSARILY BETTER!

I’ve wanted to make video/computer games since i was really little.

Last Christmas I was interested in making board games. Ended up making one which we (me and my 3 siblings) played once. Wasn’t much fun.

Things can seem good “in theory” but turn out lousy and boring and dumb and just a big waste of time.

Don’t think I’ll be making a video game anytime soon (if ever) but I guess I can be thinking about and working on some “board games” (they probably will be bored games for the people playing them!)

Oh. The one game I did trying making was called __ bee’s.
